I once tried to call 911 during a road side emergency to report a crash that occurred. It was frustrating because I kept on getting a busy signal possibly due to the amount of emergencies going on at the same time. Now I keep the non-emergency phone numbers of police and fire programmed into my phone in case it happens again and I need them to relay my report of an emergency to the proper agency.
